From the very beginning, we have focused on providing pest control services (DDD). Later, we expanded our activities to include the production of rodenticides. DeArt, s.r.o. is the successor of MK Agroslužby v.o.s., established in 1993, and has been operating under its current name since 2002.
Our Areas of Expertise
- Agriculture - Our main activity in this sector is the protection of stored agricultural products, especially grains, against biological pests. The most commonly used method is fumigation using highly toxic substances. Phosphine gas, applied as a respiratory poison, eliminates all life stages, including insect eggs.
- Cities and Spa Parks - We maintain the health and condition of ornamental trees. We provide chemical protection through spraying against harmful insects and fungal diseases. The most affected and treated trees are horse chestnuts. Untreated trees infested by pests and fungi lose their leaves as early as August and appear as if it were autumn. Tree protection is essential to ensure safety, as healthy trees do not break and pose no risk to people or property.
- Photovoltaic Power Plant Management Companies managing photovoltaic plants are among our key clients. Based on annual contracts, we provide rodent control (especially against voles), mowing, and weed control. The facilities we service are located throughout Western Slovakia.
- Energy Sector - We also provide rodent control services for the national electricity transmission system. Large-scale interventions are carried out as part of city-wide pest control programs organized by municipal authorities. These programs legally include businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, residential areas, and sewage systems.
- Commercial Activities Our business activities have always been closely linked to pest control services. We supply our partners with electric insect traps, rodent repellents, and professional pest control materials.
